Sea of Thieves System Requirements
The Sea of Thieves minimum requirements are quite low for a new title - an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 CPU is required at a minimum to run Sea of Thieves. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-4690 is recommended in order to run it. You will need at least 50 GB to install Sea of Thieves. Make sure you have 50 GB in order to install Sea of Thieves. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 graphics card you can play the game. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 is recommended in order to run Sea of Thieves with the highest settings. Sea of Thieves system requirements states that you will need at least 4 GB. If possible, make sure you have 8 GB in order to run Sea of Thieves to its full potential.
At the minimum requirements, developers Rare claim 30fps at 720p on low graphics. At recommended requirements, you can achieve 1080p at 60fps on medium graphics.
There is a Sea of Thieves Steam release, as well as being available on the Microsoft Store or as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription service.
There are regular updates to the game, the latest Sea of Thieves update being the 'Fate of the Damned', with new weekly challenges and events and new cosmetic items.
