System Readiness Tool version update is not available in Windows 10 but you can always run the SFC to check for integrity violation on your PC.

Perform an SFC (System File Checker) scan on your system for any corrupted file settings.

1. Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
2. Select Command prompt admin.
3. At the command prompt type “sfc /scannow” (no quotes), and then press ENTER.

Hi Joy,

Thanks for your help.

Unfortunately the "scannow" command was executed with a 100% rate but apparently  "windows resources protection" prevented the operation to succeed.

I tried desactivating windows defender and my antivirus and launching the update directly from Windows Update but it remained impossible to install the latest cumulative windows 10 updated for x64bit (KB3093266) : "Error 0x80071a91".

Do you have any other procedure that might work?
