This is a resource pack for the game Toontown Rewritten that replaces the resources with JPEG and MP3 enhanced versions of the images and sounds.

Installation
Windows
Download, extract the files, and place the phase files in C:\Program Files\Toontown Rewritten\resources or C:\Program Files (x86)\Toontown Rewritten\resources or wherever Toontown Rewritten was installed. Create the resources folder if it doesn’t exist.Mac OS X
Download, extract the files by double clicking on the zip, and place the phase files in ~/Library/Application Support/Toontown Rewritten/resources. Create the resources folder if it doesn’t exist.Linux
Download, extract the files, and place the phase files in a folder named resources under the directory where Toontown Rewritten was installed. Create the resources folder if it doesn’t exist.FAQ

WHY WOULD YOU EVER DO SUCH A THING?!?!
There could be multiple answers to that question. 1) I’m crazy, or 2) It’s funny, or 3) Who doesn’t like the beauty of JPEG and MP3 compression?
I still don’t get the point of this resource pack.
