Nightmare Baby is the titular antagonist of Baby's Nightmare Circus. Like the other animatronics, she is simply a nightmarish, corrupted form of Circus Baby.
Appearance
Nightmare Baby has a mildly deformed face, with holes and scratches all over her face and body. Her eyes are wide open with no eyelids, and her mouth is lined up with teeth and fading lipstick. Her pigtails are raised up, instead of down and her torso is also ripped up and torn. Her ice cream dispenser fan is still intact, and the orange printing around the fan seems to be fading. She is holding a microphone in her left arm and both arms are missing her pins. Her skirt has minor damage, with small black wires protruding from areas on the skirt. Her legs are extremely ripped and torn and she is missing kneecaps. She is still wearing her red and white elf shoes, with a small gold bell on the end. Compared to her appearance in Sister Location, the material Nightmare Baby seems to be made up of is soft and has a matte exterior instead of hard plastic like in the original game.
Behavior
"Circus Baby doesn't feel like her old self. Always make sure to venture to her tent to see any suspicious activity. If she appears closer than normal, immediately run back!" - Description when first entering Baby's Tent in Circus for Newbies
Baby will appear in her tent and she will attempt to exit it to kill the player. If the player enters her tent and shines the flashlight when she's not close, she will hide back in the boom box. If Nightmare Baby instantly appears in the player's face, they will have to immediately run back or they will get jumpscared by her.
Classic mode
Nightmare Baby only appears on the menu for Classic Mode but her Withered counterpart appears in the gameplay.
Trivia
- Beating Nightmare Baby’s night gives you a gold coin.
- In Funtimes and Funtimes Round 2, Nightmare Baby is replaced by Nightmare Funtime Freddy.
- Nightmare Baby is replaced by Babygeist during Babygeist Attacks.
- The way Nightmare Baby and Nightmare Funtime Freddy act is similar to the way Fredbear and Nightmare act from FNaF4.
