Protect Yourself From Tech Support Scams
Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number.

Thank you for using Windows 10.
We understand your concern suggest you to perform the following methods and check:
Method 1:
Run the Network Troubleshooter and check if that helps.Here is the steps:
Click on Start button and type Troubleshoot and select Troubleshooting.
Click on Network and Internet, click on Network Adapter..
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
Method 2:
Update the Network Adapter driver. Here is the steps:
Press Windows+X key on your desktop and select Device Manager.
Locate Network drivers, expand, right click and click on Update.
If it doesn’t help, then I would suggest you to uninstall and re-install the Network Adapter driversin compatibility mode. Here is the steps:
- Go to your manufacturer’s website and download the Driver’s setup file for your computer.
- Press Windows Key + R on your desktop screen to go to run box.
- Type devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
- Under Driver, expand, then right click and select Uninstall.
- If you are prompted to Confirm then Confirm.
- Go to the location where you had saved your downloaded setup files of the drivers and right click, then select Properties.
- Select Compatibility Tab.
- Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.
- Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.

I have tried both the methods but none of them worked for me...
I have also updated drivers for my device.
I have attached a screenshot below..
Please help me out or I've to go for Win7 again and that's definitely I don't wanna do..

Try installing the USB WiFi device driver/software in Windows 10 using Windows 7 compatibility mode
Using File explorer, find the setup.exe file for the driver/software you want to install.
Right click setup.exe, click Troubleshoot Compatibility
The Program Compatibility Troubleshooter wizard will check for issues.
Select the option Troubleshoot program, then tick The program worked in earlier versions of Windows but won't install or run now, Next
Select Windows 7, Next
Then click Test the program … The program should then install as normal
Follow the on screen instructions to install the program as you normally would.
If the install is successful, click the option at the end of the Program compatibility wizard Yes, save these settings for this program
Wait while your settings for the program are saved.
Then Close the troubleshooter.
